Orange Glazed Parsnips
Ingredients
- 3 cups PARSNIPS, sliced ½ inch thick
- 1 cup WATER, boiling
- ½ teaspoon SALT
- 2 tablespoons BUTTER
- 1 tablespoon HONEY
- ¼ cup ORANGE JUICE
- 1 teaspoon GRATED ORANGE PEEL
Instructions
- ) Cook sliced parsnips in boiling water & salt until tender About 10 minutes
- ) Drain & remove from saucepan
- ) Heat remaining ingredients together in saucepan.
- ) Add parsnips
- ) Serve hot. Makes 6 servings
