Northwest Smoked Salmon & Dill Tea Sandwiches

Knock out combo of the successful blending of two distinct flavors.

Northwest Smoked Salmon & Dill Tea Sandwiches

Ingredients
  • 6 slices THIN RYE BREAD
  • 6 oz SMOKED SALMON
  • 8 oz package of CREAM CHEESE, softened
  • 2 teaspoons HALF and HALF CREAM
  • 3 teaspoons FRESH DILL, finely chopped
  • ½ cup GREEN ONION, finely chopped
  • ⅛ teaspoon SALT
Instructions
  1. ) Beat cream cheese, salt & cream until fluffy
  2. ) Fold in dill & green onion
  3. ) Spread cream cheese evenly on 3 slices of bread
  4. ) Arrange the smoked salmon evenly on the cream cheese
  5. ) Cover the salmon with the remaining bread, pressing down firmly
  6. ) Trim the crusts & cut each sandwich into quarters
  7. ) Makes 12 pieces
