Northwest Smoked Salmon & Dill Tea Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 6 slices THIN RYE BREAD
- 6 oz SMOKED SALMON
- 8 oz package of CREAM CHEESE, softened
- 2 teaspoons HALF and HALF CREAM
- 3 teaspoons FRESH DILL, finely chopped
- ½ cup GREEN ONION, finely chopped
- ⅛ teaspoon SALT
Instructions
- ) Beat cream cheese, salt & cream until fluffy
- ) Fold in dill & green onion
- ) Spread cream cheese evenly on 3 slices of bread
- ) Arrange the smoked salmon evenly on the cream cheese
- ) Cover the salmon with the remaining bread, pressing down firmly
- ) Trim the crusts & cut each sandwich into quarters
- ) Makes 12 pieces
