Ye Ol' English Salt and Vinegar Potato Chip Fish

Ingredients
  • 4 6 oz COD FILLETS, one inch thick or any other similar white fish
  • ½ teaspoon sea or kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon MAYONNAISE
  • 1 cup KETTLE COOKED SALT N VINEGAR POTATO CHIPS, crushed
Instructions
  1. ) Arrange fish on a parchment lined baking sheet
  2. ) Sprinkle with salt
  3. ) Spread mayonnaise on top of each fillet
  4. ) Cover completely with chips, pressing them gently into the fish
  5. ) Bake at 400 degrees F for12 to 15 minutes until fish flakes easily
