Fish & Chips in a new way.
Ye Ol' English Salt and Vinegar Potato Chip Fish
Ingredients
- 4 6 oz COD FILLETS, one inch thick or any other similar white fish
- ½ teaspoon sea or kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon MAYONNAISE
- 1 cup KETTLE COOKED SALT N VINEGAR POTATO CHIPS, crushed
Instructions
- ) Arrange fish on a parchment lined baking sheet
- ) Sprinkle with salt
- ) Spread mayonnaise on top of each fillet
- ) Cover completely with chips, pressing them gently into the fish
- ) Bake at 400 degrees F for12 to 15 minutes until fish flakes easily
