Fresh Strawberry Pecan Coffee Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups boxed STRAWBERRY FLAVORED CAKE mix
- ¼ cup oil
- 2 EGGS
- ⅓ cup WATER
- ½ cup PECANS, chopped
- 1 cup FRESH STRAWBERRIES, hulled & sliced
- ½ cup PLAIN YOGURT STREUSAL TOPPING
- ½ cup ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
- ⅔ cube BUTTER, softened
- ½ cup BROWN SUGAR, packed
- ½ cup QUICK OATS OATMEAL
- ½ cup FLAKE COCONUT
Instructions
- ) Cream brown sugar with soften butter
- ) Add remain ingredients and lightly mix
- ) Set aside Cake:
- ) Mix cake mix, oil, egg & water together just to moisten
- ) Blend in yogurt & pecans
- ) Gently fold in strawberries
- ) Pour into 8 x 8 inch baking dish
- ) Sprinkle crumbled topping evenly on top
- ) Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes till center tests done
