Dilly Brie Wheel

Ingredients
  • 14 oz round BRIE CHEESE
  • 2 tablespoons FRESH DILL, finely chopped
  • ½ cup BUTTER, softened
  • ⅓ cup WALNUTS, finely chopped
  • ½ cup BLACK OLIVES, finely chopped
  • 1 large clove GARLIC, pressed
Instructions
  1. Chill the brie until firm or stick it in the freezer for 30 minutes
  2. Slice it in half like a layer cake
  3. In a bowl mix butter with garlic.
  4. Add walnuts, olives and dill & mix well
  5. Evenly spread the mixture on the cuts sides of the two halves of Brie
  6. Stack the two halves together with the mixture as the filling
  7. Wrap in plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate
  8. ) Best served at room temperature with a cracker assortment
