Easy Herbed Monkey Bread
 
Ingredients
  • 1½ cups PARMESAN CHEESE, grated
  • 3 lbs FROZEN WHITE BREAD DOUGH (store bought), thawed
  • 1 teaspoon DRIED OREGANO
  • 1 teaspoon DRIED THYME
  • 1 tablespoon DRIED PARSLEY
  • ½ teaspoon BLACK PEPPER
  • 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) BUTTER, melted & cooled
Instructions
  1. ) In a bowl mix cheese, oregano, parsley, thyme & pepper
  2. ) Cut thawed bread dough in 60 walnut size chunks
  3. ) Dunk each piece of dough in the melted butter
  4. ) Then roll in herb cheese mixture
  5. ) Lightly coat a large bundt or ring pan with cooking spray
  6. ) Evenly place dough pieces in about 3 layers till pan is half full
  7. ) Be careful not to overfill pan
  8. ) Cover pan with plastic wrap and allow to rise for 1 hour, till puffy
  9. ) Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 to 50 minutes. Let cool 5 min before removing from pan
